We do everything we can to accommodate dietary requirements by creating allergen cards for each seasonal menu. Please see these below. As almost everything we have is prepared on site, there are some dishes that can be made gluten/dairy free with the simple removal of one ingredient. Please make sure you discuss your allergens with one of the team when you arrive on site. Our procedure is to note allergens on the orders, even if the dish does not contain the allergen ingredient. We have gluten free bread rolls on site and gluten free bases for pizzas (they are cooked in the same wood fired oven as the other pizzas.)
The Milk House is not an allergy free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from ingredients that may affect those with serious food allergies. In our kitchen we do have gluten, milk & dairy products, eggs, nuts & seeds. We take great care to avoid any cross contamination, but it cannot be guaranteed.
